SEABOB Lakes & Oceans Tour 2026

1. What Is This?

We are taking the SEABOB F9 - a premium electric waterscooter - on a cross-country road trip across the U.S. this summer. From the Gulf Coast to the California shoreline to the Great Lakes, we stop at some of the most scenic bodies of water in the country and host live demo events for boaters and watersports communities.

Content creation is the core of this tour. We need two extra people on the road with us who can capture it.

2. Who We're Looking For

You are comfortable on and in the water, you know how to create content that actually performs and you bring your own energy to it. You do not need to be a professional filmmaker but you need to care about the result.

- Experience in photo, video or social media content creation

- Strong on short-form video [TikTok, Reels and Shorts]

- Good swimmer, comfortable in fresh and saltwater

- Organized, self-driven and reliable

Nice to have - not required (but worth mentioning in your application):

- Valid driver's license

- Boating license

- Drone pilot license (e.g. FAA Part 107)

- Able to operate a drone (DJI Mavic or similar)

We are primarily looking for people available for the full tour from late May through early September.

If your availability is limited, reach out anyway - if the fit is right we are open to finding a part-time arrangement.

3. Where We're Going

The tour covers 6 regions over roughly 12-15 weeks, with 25+ stops across the country. A few highlights:

1. Gulf Coast: Tampa Bay, Pensacola and South Padre Island

2. Desert Southwest: Lake Havasu, Lake Mead and Lake Powell

3. California: San Diego, Newport Beach and Lake Tahoe

4. Midwest & Great Lakes: Lake of the Ozarks, Torch Lake and Chicago

5. Northeast: Cape Cod, Lake George and Narragansett Bay

6. Return down the East Coast back to Florida

Every location was picked for a specific visual identity. Canyon walls, turquoise lakes, city skylines, coastal harbors.

4. What You'll Be Doing

Your job is to capture what happens on this tour and turn it around fast. That means:

- Photo and video at every stop - GoPro, handheld and ideally drone

- Short-form content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts on a rolling schedule

- Pre-event teasers, day-of clips and next-day recaps

- Daily file backup and organized media management

- Helping with event setup and breakdown as part of the team

At select stops we will also bring together other creators and influencers on location. Good people, good setups and content moments that go beyond a typical brand shoot.
